Returns Policy

This page is not going to be filled with legal jargon!

Quite simply, if you are not happy with your purchase then you return it to us with 14 days in perfect, un-used condition with the tags still attached.

We will happily refund your money less any shipping costs.

If after this time your product develops a fault then we ask you return the item to us for investigation.

If necessary this item will be passed onto the manufacturer for their opinion.

In this case we ask that you allow us 21 days to do this.

YOU MUST open a support ticket to let us know the item is being returned.

For obvious reasons we can not accept any of the following items unless there is a manufacturing problem

  • Riding hats and safety equipment
  • Feed and supplements
  • Custom ordered items - like riding boots - unless they were stock items


De Niro boots sold after 1st August 2017 come with a 12 month warranty. 

Prior to that they were clearly sold with a 3 month warranty  

Fixing the boots will require them being sent to the UK or Italian offices and they will be away for around 3 weeks.

Some repairs will be done in the UK.

Outside this warranty period we are able to do repair in the UK or Italy depending on your preference
